1. Governance of Services
Welcome to Aviate Apex. By accessing our showroom at Old Toh Tuck Road or utilizing our performance tuning and race support services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. These conditions are designed to ensure the precision and safety expected in high-performance motorsport.
2. Vehicle Acquisition & Showroom Terms
All high-performance racing cars sold through the Aviate Apex showroom are subject to specific sales agreements. Prices displayed are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Given the unique nature of motorsport hardware, all sales are final upon the execution of a professional inspection and handover protocol.
3. Performance Tuning & Engineering
Our performance tuning services are carried out by elite engineers. Clients acknowledge that modifications for racing purposes may affect manufacturer warranties and may restrict the vehicle to track-use only. Aviate Apex provides no warranty on components stressed beyond engineered limits during competitive racing events.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technical diagrams found on this website are the exclusive property of Aviate Apex. Unauthorized reproduction of our proprietary tuning methodologies or digital assets is strictly prohibited under Singapore legal statutes.
